Best influencer marketing platforms in Spain 2026: an honest comparison (including us)

The best influencer marketing platforms in Spain for 2026, compared by use case: databases, suites, marketplaces and commerce loop, with criteria and verdicts.

The best influencer marketing platform for a brand in Spain depends on the job. For a small team that needs a shortlist, a discovery-first database such as Heepsy or Modash is often enough. For a team or agency running many creators across networks and markets, a suite such as Kolsquare, Influencity, Upfluence or CreatorIQ fits better. For brands that must prove and pay for sales, look at marketplace-led tools such as Aspire and GRIN, or at a commerce-loop platform such as cyrqle.

This comparison is written by cyrqle, so read it with that in mind. We do not rank ourselves number one. We group ten platforms by use case, state the criteria first, give a "best for" verdict per tool, and list the cases where another vendor is the better choice. Every competitor fact comes from the vendor's own public pages, checked on 3 November 2026. We did not run paid trials of competitor products, and we do not quote competitor prices: verify them on each vendor's site.

How do we compare influencer marketing platforms?

We scored nothing on a 1 to 10 scale. Scores from an author who sells one of the products are not worth much. Instead, each platform is described against the same criteria, and you weight them yourself. The full method, with a weighted scorecard, is in our 12-point buyer's checklist for influencer platforms.

The criteria follow the six stages of the creator loop, plus three that matter more in Spain than in most roundups:

  1. Discover. How you find and vet creators, and which networks are searched.
  2. Activate. Outreach, briefs, negotiation and contracts.
  3. Orchestrate. Draft approval, post tracking and campaign reporting.
  4. Attribute. How a sale is tied to a creator: promo codes, tracking links, store integrations.
  5. Compensate. Whether the platform pays creators, in which currencies, and who presses "pay".
  6. Monetize. Whether you can license and reuse creator content, for example on your store.
  7. Spanish-language operation. The product, invites and contracts in Spanish, not only the website.
  8. EU data and GDPR. Where data is stored, a sub-processor list and a data processing agreement.
  9. Disclosure. Spain's influencer rules, including Real Decreto 444/2024, make advertising labels a routine check. A platform cannot make you compliant, but it can make the check part of approval.

The method has limits. A homepage shows what a vendor chooses to say, not how deep a feature goes. Criteria 7 to 9 are rarely stated on public pages, so for most vendors we leave them as questions for your demo rather than guess.

What are the four types of influencer platform?

Influencer platforms fall into four types. The type decides what a tool was built to prove, and it matters more than any feature list.

  • Discovery-first database. Built around a large searchable creator index with audience data. Outreach, tracking and payments have been added, but search is the core.
  • Campaign manager or suite. Built around the team's workflow: CRM, campaigns, reporting, often social listening. Suits teams and agencies running many creators.
  • Marketplace-led platform. Creators join a network and apply to brand programmes. Strong on affiliate, gifting and payments for ecommerce brands.
  • Commerce-loop platform. Discovery, contracts, attribution, payouts and content rights share one record, so the creator who signed is the creator the sale and payout are tied to.
Decision tree. If the platform must prove reach and content: 1-2 people with under 10 creators a quarter choose a discovery-first database; a team or agency with 10+ creators across markets chooses a campaign manager or suite. If it must prove sales: creators applying to your offer points to a marketplace; picking creators, paying fee plus commission and reusing content points to a commerce-loop platform.
Choose the platform type before you compare vendors. Thresholds are illustrative rules of thumb, not research findings.

What each platform claims to cover

Read the homepages of ten common platforms side by side and one thing stands out: nearly all of them now claim discovery, campaign workflow, sales tracking and creator payments. The grid below records what each vendor's public homepage describes, by loop stage.

Grid of ten platforms by six loop stages, checked on 3 November 2026. Heepsy, Modash, Influencity, Kolsquare, Upfluence and GRIN describe five stages, all except monetize. Primetag describes discover and orchestrate. CreatorIQ describes four stages and names attribution without describing it. Aspire and cyrqle describe all six.
Breadth of claims on public homepages, checked 3 November 2026. An empty cell means not found on the homepage, not proof the feature is missing.

The grid shows breadth, not depth. A filled "Compensate" cell can mean card payments held until delivery, payouts in dozens of currencies, or a wallet with escrow. A filled "Attribute" cell can mean a discount code report or an order-level record net of refunds. That is why the comparison table and the demo questions below matter more than the dots.

Discovery-first databases: Heepsy, Modash, Primetag

Choose a discovery-first database when your main problem is finding and vetting creators, and your team is small enough to run outreach and payments without heavy workflow.

Heepsy

Heepsy says it lets you "search 20M+ creators by niche, location, audience size, and engagement rate", with fake-follower checks and lookalike search. Its homepage names Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn, collects posts and stories automatically, pays creators by card with funds held until delivery, and connects to Shopify and WooCommerce for sales and code tracking.

Best for: small brand teams and freelancers who need a fast shortlist and audience vetting, especially if LinkedIn creators matter.

Modash

Modash says it covers "every public profile on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube with over 1K followers", which it puts at 380M+ creators. It adds a CRM with Gmail and Outlook sync, describes itself as "Shopify-first" with a two-way sync for codes, orders and revenue, and offers payments to creators worldwide. Its listed offices are in Toronto and Tallinn.

Best for: Shopify brands that want the widest searchable index with light CRM, and are comfortable with an English-language tool.

Primetag

Primetag positions itself around data: competitor tracking and share of voice, research and trends, planning and forecasting, and campaign reporting across Instagram posts and stories, TikTok and YouTube. It does not describe payments or sales tracking on its homepage.

Best for: brand and agency teams that need market research, competitor benchmarking and campaign reports more than workflow. Pair it with another tool for contracts and payouts.

Campaign managers and suites: Influencity, Kolsquare, Upfluence, CreatorIQ

Choose a suite when several people run many creators at once, across networks and markets, and you want discovery, CRM, campaigns and reporting in one place.

Influencity

Influencity lists modules for discovery, influencer relationship management, campaign management, reports, a social hub and monitoring, plus social media management and listening. Its FAQ names Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, its payments FAQ says payouts reach 180+ countries, and campaigns can track coupon discounts and sales.

Best for: marketing teams that want influencer campaigns, social publishing and listening from one vendor.

Kolsquare

Kolsquare was founded in Paris in 2018 and lists Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitch and Snapchat on its about page. Its homepage adds an influencer CRM, campaign reporting with content collection, social listening, revenue and ROAS tracking via Shopify, Affilae and other integrations, and creator payments in more than 65 currencies.

Best for: European brands and agencies with multi-network plans, Twitch or Snapchat in the mix, and creators paid in local currencies. Our side-by-side of cyrqle and Kolsquare covers where each fits, and the Kolsquare alternatives page lists other options if you are switching.

Upfluence

Upfluence describes a database of "12+ million creators", an AI campaign assistant called Jaice, a creator marketplace, contract and outreach templates, and payments "in any currency" through PayPal or Upfluence Pay. Its promo codes are "natively compatible with your Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce or Amazon store", and it offers individual tracking links.

Best for: ecommerce brands, including Amazon sellers, that run affiliate-style creator programmes at volume. See how cyrqle compares with Upfluence on attribution and payouts.

CreatorIQ

CreatorIQ sells to enterprises, promising "governance, measurement, safety, and scale", and says 1,300+ brands and agencies use it. Its homepage describes searching what 20M creators post with up to 12 months of content, brand-safety vetting, an analytics assistant, an API and MCP access, and lists CreatorIQ Pay and CreatorIQ Convert. A December 2025 press release announced CreatorIQ Pay coverage of 80+ markets and 60+ currencies.

Best for: global brands and holding-company agencies that need governance, many markets and many currencies under one contract. Read cyrqle against CreatorIQ if you are a mid-market team weighing an enterprise suite.

Marketplace-led platforms: Aspire, GRIN

Choose a marketplace-led tool when you want creators to find you and apply, and your programme is mostly gifting, affiliate and ambassadors for an online store.

Aspire

Aspire says it is for "today's top ecommerce brands". It connects to Shopify to show which creators already buy your products, gives each creator a storefront link with live Shopify products, generates tracking links and discount codes, sets flat, percentage or tiered commissions, ships product to creators, and offers paid social boosts of top content.

Best for: Shopify brands running gifting, affiliate and ambassador programmes at scale.

GRIN

GRIN describes an AI agent, Gia, that searches for creators and tracks their posts, a GRIN Marketplace where creators discover programmes and apply, affiliate links, codes and commissions on every plan, and one wallet for creator payments with fees held in escrow until payout.

Best for: brands that want inbound creator applications and a single wallet for fees and commissions.

Commerce-loop platforms: cyrqle

cyrqle is the author of this comparison. It is built for brands and agencies in Spain, the EU and Latin America that need to show which creator sold, pay that creator against the agreed terms, and reuse the content with a recorded licence. The app runs in Spanish and English, and data is stored in the EU.

Best for: Spanish and EU brands and agencies on Instagram and TikTok that pay fee, commission or product, need confidence-tiered sales attribution, and want cleared creator content on their store.

Where is cyrqle not the best fit?

Pick another vendor if any of these describe you:

  • YouTube, Twitch, Snapchat or LinkedIn are central. cyrqle discovers and tracks Instagram and TikTok only. Kolsquare lists six networks; Heepsy names LinkedIn.
  • You pay many creators in local currencies. cyrqle settles in EUR. Creators in Europe and the US are paid through Stripe Connect; elsewhere the brand pays by bank transfer and records it. Kolsquare (65+ currencies), Upfluence ("any currency") and CreatorIQ Pay (60+ currencies) state wider coverage.
  • Your sales close on TikTok Shop or Amazon. cyrqle has no TikTok Shop or Amazon integration. Upfluence names Amazon on its homepage.
  • You want to start today on a free trial. cyrqle has no self-serve brand signup or public brand prices; pricing is a custom monthly base plus usage, by conversation. Influencity and Modash advertise free trials.
  • You need measured lift. cyrqle measures first-party attributed sales. It does not run holdout tests, lift studies or multi-touch models for you.
  • You need a vendor with public enterprise references. cyrqle has no named public customers yet, and our SOC 2 Type II audit is in progress, not complete.

Which platform fits which team? A worked example

All figures are illustrative.

TeamSize and volumeObjectivePlatform type that fits
Ceramics brand in Valencia1 marketer, 6 creators a quarter, giftingAwareness and contentDiscovery-first database
Agency in Barcelona5 people, 4 clients, 60 creators a quarter in Spain and Mexico, YouTube and Twitch in the planReach and reporting per clientSuite with multi-network coverage
D2C skincare brand in Madrid2 people, 30 creators a quarter on Shopify, fee plus 10% commissionSales and product-page contentCommerce-loop or marketplace-led

The skincare brand shows why depth matters. One creator's code drives EUR 4,000 of orders in a month, and EUR 600 of those orders are refunded. At 10% commission, the creator is owed EUR 340, not EUR 400. Across 30 creators, a tool that reports gross code sales overpays every month, or someone rebuilds the numbers in a spreadsheet. In the demo, ask each vendor to show one commission calculated net of refunds and the payout that follows. Our guide to measuring creator ROI beyond the discount code explains the maths.

The agency has a different test: separate client workspaces, per-client fees and reports with its own branding. The checklist in influencer software for agencies covers that case.

How cyrqle helps

If you are in the commerce-loop column, this is what cyrqle does today:

  • Discover and plan. In Find creators you search a proprietary creator index by meaning across captions and visuals, in Spanish or English, then vet engagement, content mix and past brand collaborations. Reach, cost and return figures are labelled as estimates.
  • Activate and orchestrate. A brief becomes ranked creators and invites by market, in Spanish or English. The Creator Collaboration Agreement is signed by both sides with a frozen terms snapshot. Optional draft sign-off checks required hashtags and handles, and published Instagram and TikTok posts are tracked.
  • Attribute. Creator attribution combines per-creator promo codes, tracking links, a tag under 2KB on your store, the Shopify pixel and signed order webhooks from Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento. Each sale gets a confidence tier, and revenue is net of refunds.
  • Compensate. Contracts and payouts cover cash, commission, product and combinations. You fund the campaign, a payout is scheduled when the creator delivers, and a person releases it. Commission owed is calculated and shown; paying it is a separate step.
  • Monetize. Rights requests and licences are recorded on the Agreements page, and shoppable content walls only show a post while its licence is active.

For a wider list of tools, see our roundup of creator commerce software. To see cyrqle on your own category and markets, book a 30-minute demo and ask us to show attribution and a payout live.

FAQ

Which influencer marketing platforms are Spanish?

It matters less than it sounds. Where a vendor was founded or registered tells you little about how its product works in Spain, and we only state a founding place where the vendor's own page does (Kolsquare, Paris). Check what matters in the demo instead: whether the interface, invites, contracts and support work in Spanish, and whether the platform searches Spanish captions well.

Is there a free influencer marketing platform for brands?

Several vendors advertise free trials; Influencity and Modash list them on their sites, and Modash states 14 days with no card. Trials usually limit searches, profiles or payments. cyrqle is free for creators but has no free brand plan.

Which platform is best for paying influencers in Spain?

It depends on who you pay. If your creators are in Spain, the EU or the US and you settle in euros, most platforms with payouts will do. If you pay many creators in local Latin American currencies, check each vendor's country and currency list in writing before you sign.

Do I need a platform to comply with Spain's influencer rules?

No platform makes you compliant on its own. Real Decreto 444/2024 and the AUTOCONTROL industry code set out rules on identifying advertising, and you remain responsible for them. A platform helps by making disclosure checks part of draft approval and by keeping a record. It is not legal advice: for a specific campaign, ask your lawyer.

How often is this comparison updated?

We recheck competitor facts against their public pages at least every quarter and show the "checked on" date under the table. If a vendor's facts here are wrong or out of date, tell us and we will correct them.
