Engagement Rate
The share of an audience that interacts with a creator's content — a popularity signal, not a revenue signal.
Also known as: Engagement rate
Engagement rate is the percentage of a creator's audience that interacts with their content (likes, comments, shares, saves) relative to reach or followers.
It is a useful health signal for content, but it is not a revenue signal — high engagement does not guarantee sales. Creator commerce optimizes for conversion rate and attributed revenue instead, and groups creators by audience signal rather than engagement alone.
