Workspace
The top-level tenancy boundary in a Creator Commerce OS — one per brand, agency, or creator organization.
Also known as: Tenant · Organization
A workspace is the top-level tenancy boundary in a Creator Commerce OS. One per brand, agency, retailer, or creator organization. Briefs, clusters, attribution, payouts, and reporting all scope to the workspace.
Workspace types
- Brand — buyer-side workspace for a single brand or D2C operator.
- Agency — multi-client workspace with sub-workspaces per brand client.
- Creator — creator-side workspace for opted-in creators on the platform.
- Retailer — workspace with sub-workspaces per vendor on a multi-vendor marketplace.
What scopes to a workspace
- Briefs, drafts, approvals, and publishing.
- Compensation contracts and payout queues.
- Workspace-level reporting and audit logs.
- Team members and roles.
What's shared across workspaces
- The cluster pool (cross-workspace audience signal, queryable by brief targeting).
- Platform-level safety and disclosure rules.
- Glossary, documentation, and reference data.
Why this matters
A clean workspace boundary means brands can't see each other's creator relationships, agencies can manage many clients without cross-leakage, and creators see only the briefs they've been invited to or applied for. The cluster pool is the shared substrate that everyone benefits from.
