Repeat Purchase Rate
The share of customers who buy again — the retention signal that separates real channel value from one-off acquisition.
Also known as: Repeat rate · Repeat purchase rate
Repeat purchase rate is the percentage of customers who make another purchase within a period — the retention counterpart to acquisition.
It is what turns a creator from a one-off spike into a durable channel: a creator whose customers repeat is worth more than one whose customers churn, even at the same CAC. Creator commerce surfaces repeat behaviour per cluster via LTV cohorts, joinable to your retention model.
