Cluster auto-invite
A sourcing mode where the platform invites the highest-fit creators in a cluster onto a brief automatically, without manual handle-by-handle outreach.
Also known as: Auto-invite
Cluster auto-invite is a sourcing mode in which the Creator Commerce OS invites the top-fit creators in a targeted cluster onto a brief automatically, the moment the brief is published. It contrasts with the apply-to-brief mode where creators raise their hand and the brand reviews applicants.
When auto-invite wins
- Tentpole windows that can't wait for application loops.
- High-affinity verticals where the cluster's top is almost certainly the right answer.
- Repeat programs where last quarter's cluster shipped well.
When apply-to-brief wins
- New verticals or markets where the cluster hasn't matured.
- UGC-heavy briefs where creator self-selection on production style matters.
- Programs that benefit from creative variety.
The hybrid pattern
Most ops teams should run both: auto-invite the top of the cluster, leave a slot open for applicants. The platform should make this one toggle on the brief, not two parallel workflows.
